<p>Problem with Miniscope operations</p> <p><b>New page</b></p><div>HI EVERYBODY,<br /> <br /> I am Dr Sourajit Mitra Mustafi, Senior Scientist from Nanoscope Technologies LLC, Bedford, TX. We have started working with Miniscope camera very recently.<br /> There are couple of problems we are facing. They are listed here.<br /> <br /> 1. In order to focus the Miniscope with grin lens over the cortex of mice we have to take out the camera and manually adjust the lens.<br /> Is there any way or any setup which can adjust the position of the grin lens while the camera is attached with the mouse head?<br /> <br /> <br /> 2. There is the blue excitation light which comes out of LED. This is used for fluorescence excitation. In the control panel of the miniscope software even when we <br /> <br /> put the LED intensity as 0 % still we observe blue light coming out! We cannot completely shutoff the LED when the camera is ON!<br /> <br /> Is there is anyway to shutoff the blue LED off?</div>
